We know life happens, and sometimes you can’t attend an event or class you’d planned on. We are happy to work with you, if you’ve bought a ticket and then can’t attend. Here are the options we offer:
-Full Refund – if you contact us at least three days before the class if there is no student minimum, or at least a week in advance if the class does have a student minimum. We may issue refunds via the same method you paid, or we may issue a check or use other method, due to processing fees.
-Credit for another class or event – again, contact us at least three days before the class if there is no student minimum, or at least a week in advance if the class does have a student minimum.
By registering for or participating in an event:
I hereby, for myself or my child, waive and release all rights and claims for damages against the Monongalia Art Center (MAC), the Historic Post Office and the Board of Directors for both organizations and their representatives for any and all injuries suffered by myself or my child during any activity sponsored by the MAC.
