Gallery Frequently Asked Questions

We are currently booking solo gallery exhibits through an application process. We host solo exhibits, group shows, curated exhibits and open call exhibits. If you would like to book a solo or small group exhibit, fill out the application below.

We know not all artists can afford galley gallery fees, so we currently offer tiered options, so everyone can afford to show their work at the MAC. These are our fee options:

• Artist pays Gallery no fee to display Artworks at the Exhibition, and Gallery receives thirty percent (30%) of all sales of Artist’s Artworks displayed at Exhibition and sold during the Exhibition Period.
• Artist pays Gallery $150.00 to display the Artworks in the Benedum Gallery or $100 in the Davis Gallery. Gallery receives no commission. Gallery provides no printed invitations or post cards. Gallery provides refreshments for reception. 
• Artist pays Gallery $250.00 to display the Artworks in the Benedum Gallery or $200 in the Davis Gallery. Gallery receives no commission. Gallery provides 100 printed invitations or post cards to Artist. Gallery provides refreshments for reception.

Our Benedum Gallery, on the first floor of the MAC is the larger of our two galleries. The Benedum, upstairs, is cozier and offers windows bringing in natural lighting. Below are the blueprints for each (the Davis Gallery is listed as "Room Two" and the sink on the diagram is covered by a bar height table). See also photos of exhibits installed in each space.
