Retail Accelerator

You can sell and receive specific feedback on your work from the Retail Lab, a retail accelerator that's located in a highly visible storefront just a few doors down from the MAC.

Run by students in WVU’s Fashion, Dress & Merchandising program, the Retail Lab will accept applications on a rolling basis to possibly sell your work on consignment.

MAC Studios Spaces

The MAC offers a connection to the local community, low-cost studio space and the opportunity to teach your craft.

  • If you need more space to create your work, rent low-cost studio space in the MAC, which includes individual and community spaces, a large conference room and a loading dock. A limited number of in-kind spots are available, as well. You can work at the MAC for 10 hours each month in exchange for free studio space.

  • Teach paid public classes at the MAC in your field of expertise to generate additional income and garner extra teaching experience.

  • Display and sell your work during public Studio Space tours.

Main Street Opportunities

Main Street Morgantown helps connect you to the local community and facilitates opportunities to display and sell your work in the heart of Morgantown.

Venues may include downtown arts markets, pop-up shops, empty storefronts, or other collaborative spaces. These various retail opportunities provide direct sales channels and increased visibility, as well as the opportunity to test a concept in a brick-and-mortar space for a limited time and connect with prospective landlords, all while being supported and promoted by Main Street Morgantown.
